How We Deliver Care
Face to Face
If you are local and able to come to the office for care, this is our favorite way to see you. In person evaluations allow for evaluation of vital signs and physical exam findings that would not be available through virtual communication.
Telehealth
Telemedicine is a convenient means of receiving care, especially if frequent adjustments to your care plan are necessary or you live out of the local area. Telemedicine works best when you are able to gather data convenient to your home either through remote monitoring or local laboratory/imaging evaluation.
Remote Monitoring
Remote patient monitoring is ideal for patients. For patients with Medicare and MEdicare advantage plans, you may be able to receive diabetes testing supplies and/or a blood pressure cuff at no cost when participating in this program. RPM allows closer monitoring with optimization of your metrics.
We have partnered with Accuhealth to deliver this service to our patients.
*Note Telehealth services are available across North Carolina but cannot be delivered if you are in a different state at the time of care. You are able to receive are at Element if you are out of state but need to be seen in clinic
